Back with a Vengeance

I'm back! So I went on a little HUGE hiatus. But I am back and I am motivated again. I am not going to make any plans, because I don't want to fail. Failing is what depresses me. So I will just hope to get up each morning and have the motivation to do better than the day before. You know what kills me? NIGHTS!

Anyone else have the problem where you just do so good all day long... you eat right, you drink lots of water, but then night comes and your husband gets home and all you want to do is eat CRAP. Snack snack snack! it gets to be about 10pm and I start needing wanting something sweet or salty. Drives me crazy. But I have no self control so I always give in. BOO! Maybe the solution would be just go to bed at 10... but I am such a night person, and night time is the only time I get my hubby ALL TO MYSELF. So it would be hard to give that up. Oh what's a girl to do?

I have put on more weight. I am now 20 pounds heavier than what I was after I had Jake 10 months ago. This is NOT okay. So that ads 20 to the 50 I already wanted to lose. Aye aye aye!

New weight loss goal overall----70 POUNDS

weight loss goal each week---- AT LEAST 2 pounds

At this rate it will take me 35 weeks to lose my weight. IF I stay on track. so that is like 7 months. which will be April of 2013. Oh boy. If you are reading this right now... COMMENT. I need all the encouragement I can get.
