weigh in

Weigh in was good to me this morning!!

Although I didn't make it to the gym AT ALL last week, which is horrible, I lost weight!
I guess it goes to show that diet really does make a difference. Though I did indulge Saturday night, as my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We did share our meal, but I was still stuffed. And I ate a couple pieces of chocolate. I am trying to not just quit everything, and give myself a little break. I use to eat half the bag of sweets, but as long as i keep myself to a couple, I think thats fine. I love my sweets, so it would not be reality for me to cut them out all together.

214.6!!!

Total weight loss =  4.4 pounds!

I am going to celebrate by hitting the gym tonight! Wahooooooo!
