7/19

woke up at 830 this morning. Ate breakfast: honey bunches of oats with almond milk. packed up the kids in the jogger and walked to the track, then ran one lap, walked one lap, ran one lap, walked one lap, then walked home. I was tired. Pretty pathetic! Man, I can't wait till it is easy to run 10 miles.

this took me 41 mins.
