I slept in a little longer today. got up about 930. I had my usual breakfast, but then it was go time. Day two, and I am sore. In places i didn't think I would be sore from running! in my abs? I guess that just gives me more motivation to keep going. Running really works your whole body, so that is a plus in my book!! Today was good. I did exactly what I did yesterday except I did it alone. Tyler and the kids stayed home. I just put my music in my ears and went. Oddly enough I felt like walking was harder than running today. Like I could feel my legs and feet getting more tired while I was walking but the only thing that got tired while I was running was my breathing. So if I could just get my lungs to get use to being worked that hard, I think I can actually become a RUNNER!
