Okay, lets get one thing straight, at this point in my life, I DO NOT like exercising. I have never liked it. That's probably why I look the way I do right now. So this blog is going to be for me, for my personal records. I don't know if anyone will read it, but I don't really care. I need to make goals, and I need to record them so that I can see some sort of progress for myself.
I have never been much of a runner. I ran the required mile in PE but other than that nadda. But I am determined to LEARN to like it. We just moved into a new place, with a great neighborhood, and a track down the street. Now, I have started a new sleep pattern that I think will help me. These are my goals for the week: with there only being 3 days left haha
Run a half mile everyday this week. I know that that is not at anything at all, but I am just starting out... LAY OFF... haha. I will be walking the rest of the time. All in all this will be about 40 mins to the track and back. Then I am going to do an at home workout every other night... at least. I want to do it every night, but at the very least, every other night.
